We offer a wide range of metal and amine accelerators for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and (meth)acrylate resins.

We also supply complex-based metal accelerators, which offer additional benefits including enhanced curing of VE resins and a strong reduction in gel time drift. These can also be used for curing (meth)acrylate resins and provide an alternative to benzoyl peroxide/amine curing systems. Amine accelerators are most commonly used in combination with benzoyl peroxide for curing all standard thermoset resins.

Nouryact Cobalt-free accelerators

We also have a range of Cobalt-free accelerators available under the brand name Nouryact. These accelerators are Copper and Iron-based and can be considered as an alternative for conventional Cobalt or amine based accelerators. Nouryact accelerators combine high-reactivity with process flexibility to secure the desired mechanical properties in the required product cycle time.

They specifically offer enhanced curing of vinyl ester (VE) resins. Furthermore, they can also be used as a replacement for a benzoyl peroxide/amine curing system in unsaturated polyester (UP), VE and (meth)acrylate based resins and be applicable in low-temperature curing systems under moist working conditions.

The Nouryact product range may be further extended when Cobalt is further reclassified under REACH by ECHA and can serve as an alternative replacement to Cobalt in thermoset applications.
